Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, or ordinary production differences. Inventory, sizing, and product variants may also change in real time.

5. Orders and Payment Authorization

To purchase an item, you must choose the product, place it in your cart, complete checkout, and submit payment. A confirmation email is generally sent within 1–2 business days.

Order processing usually starts within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery generally takes 4–7 business days in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

We may refuse, cancel, or partially fulfill an order because of limited inventory, incorrect address information, suspected fraud, or other operational concerns. If this occurs, we will contact you using the information you supplied, and any applicable refund will be issued.

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the complete order total, including applicable taxes and any permitted additional charges. Taxes are calculated automatically according to the shipping destination.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Customers outside the applicable domestic shipping area remain responsible for duties, customs charges, and import taxes when applicable. Personalized or custom products cannot be canceled after production has begun.

Limited-time discounts, bundle offers, coupon codes, and comparable promotions have no cash value and may not be combined unless the applicable offer expressly permits combination.

A dispute may be addressed in the courts located in Casper, Wyoming. Where applicable, we may also prefer arbitration through the American Arbitration Association.
